1/2 C Chicken stock
11/2 tbsp
Black bean paste
2 tsps Asian sesame oil
11/2 tsp
Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsps Vegetable oil
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
11/4 lb
Lobster meat (cooked)
1/2 lb Cooked
Asian noodle (lo mein, or rice noodle)
2 Scallions (chopped)
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine chicken stock, bean
paste, 1 tsp sesame oil, cornstarch and salt; set aside
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until
fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add chicken-stock mixture and lobster. Sauté
until lobster is heated through and sauce has thickened (about 3 min.). Add the
remaining sesame oil with noodles.
3. To serve, place noodles on platter. Spoon lobster with sauce over noodles.
Sprinkle with scallions.
