Barbeued Pork Spareribs...

(Yield: 4 Servings)

Ingredients:
2 lb baby sparerib
1 tsp salt
5 tsp sugar
1 Tsp hoisin sauce
11/2 tsps prune sauce
3 slice ginger (minced)
1/2 onion (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsps cooking wine
3 tsps honey

Preparation:
1. In a large container, combine all the ingredients and mix well to make marinating sauce. Place pork sparib into container containing marinating mix and store in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

2. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 360 deg. F. Using a baking tray, place aluminum foil on the tray and place sparib pieces on top of the aluminum foil. Place tray in oven and cook for 30 minutes. Turn pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes.

3. Remove sparerib from oven and serve.
