Ingredients:
1/2 lb BBQ pork (cut into thin slices)
2 Pack Dried egg noodles
1 tbp Soy sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tbp Sugar
4 Oz Chinese bok choy
3 Oz Bean sprouts
1 Green onion (cut into 2 inch lengths)
1 medium Onion (slice thin)
2 tbps Cooking oil

Preparation:
1.  Prepare the barbecue pork.  We recommend purchasing it from an Asian barbecue shop.  The amount needed does not justify making it at home.

2. Prepare the vegetables as directed above and set aside.  Prepare the egg noodle per direction on the package.  We recommend not cooking it too long or it will get very soggy.

3. In a wok or skillet, bring 2 tbsps of cooking oil to hot.  Add onion and stir fry for 30 seconds.  Then add the egg noodle and stir fry on medium to high heat for 2 minutes.  (Make sure to keep mixing to avoid the noodle from burning).  Add the vegetables and slices of cooked barbecue pork.  Add the the soy sauce, salt, and sugar.  Reduce heat to medium, cover wok and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

4. Remove cover, mix well, and serve.
