Roll the mixture into a ball about 1" diameter, then roll it in the flour and flatten it slightly. Repeat this until the mixture is used up. 4.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the potato cakes in the hot oil for 5 mintutes, turning once or until they are golden brown. Drain them on the paper towels before serving. |
