Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
5tbsp Cornstatrch
1 oz Almonds,chopped
1 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation:
1. Add cornstarch into the milk and mix till smooth.

2. Over medium heat, cook the milk mix untill it becomes creamy and consistency about 10 minute.  Stirring during the whole time.

3. Low the heat and add sugar, mix well for 2 minutes.

4. Pour into small individual dishes, chilll in refrigerator 2 hours.

5. Sprinkle the top of the pudding with chopped almonds, cinnamon and sugar before serving.
