Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
2 oz Rice flour 
1 oz Almonds
1/2 oz Pistachio nuts

Preparation:
1. Soak almonds and pistachio nuts in the water for 4 hours.  Drain, blend in the food processor to paste.

2. Add rice flour and paste into the milk and mix till smooth.

3. Cook the rice mix over medium heat till of creamy consistency about 10 minute, stir frquently.

4. Low the heat and add sugar, mix well for 2 minutes.

5. Pour into small individual dishes, chilll in refrigerator 2 hours. Serve cool.
