Ingredients:
1 sml Onion, chopped
2 inch piece fresh ginger root, chopped
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Coriander seed
1/2 tsp Ground turmeric
1/4 cup Plain yogurt
1 1/4 lbs Ground lamb
1 1/4 tsps Salt
1 fresh hot green chili , chopped
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice 

Preparation:
1. Finely chop onion, ginger, chilli and garlic by a food processor.

2. Fry the mixture in a nonstick pan that set over medium-high heat for 3 mintues.

3. Add cayenne , cumin, coriander and turmeric. Stir once or twice. Add yogurt, meat and salt.  Stir, breaking up any lumps, for 2 minutes.

4. Add 1 cup of water, mix well, bring to boil.  Cover and turn heat to low, simmer for 25 minutes. Adjust the tase with lemon juice, serve with fresh vegetables.
