Ingredients:
1 sm Onion, chopped 
2 Cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 tbsp Corn oil
3 med Red bell peppers
1 tbsp Chopped green onionsp
1 sm Hot red chili, chopped fine
1 cup Water
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Grille the red bell peppers until the skin blisters and blackens, cool slightly, then peel, remove seeds.

2. Place the bell pepper flesh, onoin and geeen onion in a food processor and blen to paste

3. Stir-fry the garlic over moderately heat for 2 minutes. Add the oil and stir-fry for 1 minute.

4. Add the past, salt and chili; mix well. Add the water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes to reduce the mixture to a slightly thick puree.
