Ingredients:
1/2 lb Shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 lb Okra, topped and tailed
2 Cloves of garlic, mined
2 sml Onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Red pepper
2 tsp Sugar
Juice of a lemon
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Deep fry okra until slightly browned and crisp.   Remove from heat and set aside.

2.  Add turmeric, garlic, onion cumin, pepper  to hot oil and fry till golden brown.

3. Add shrimps, sugar lemon juice and salt, mix well.  Cooked until shrimps are tender then add fried okra and fry quickly for 3 minutes, serve hot.
