Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs Whole fish, as small salmon, trout 
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 sml Onion, coarsely chopped
2 Coves garlic, coarsely chopped
2" piece ginger root
1/4 tsp Ground turmeric
1/4 tsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Coconut milk

Preparation:
1. Carefully wash the fish in luke warm water.   Using paper towels, dry the fish well. Slash 3-4times both sides of the fish. Rub with salt and   lemon juice. Set aside.

2.Combine and blend remaining lemon juice,  into a smooth paste.

3. Cover both sides of the fish with the paste and set aside inthe refrigenerator for 2 hours.

4. Wrap the fish in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degree F for 30 minutes.
