Ingredients:
5 tbsp. Ghee
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
2 Cloves
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp. Garam masala
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1/2 tsp. Coriander
2 med. Potatoes, peeled, cubed
1/2 cup Green peas
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves to garnish

Preparation:
1. Heat ghee, saute onion and garlic over medium heat till golden.

2. Add cloves, bay leaves and cinnamon. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, coriander, tomatoes and salt. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes.

3. Add potatoes, peas. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover the pan and simmer  for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
