Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ground cumin
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 lb Okra, topped and tailed
1/4 cup Vegetable oil

Preparation:
1. Mix cumin, turmeric, chili powder, mustard, salt and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix into a wet paste.

2. Using sharp knife, make a lengthwise split in the center of each okra but do not cut all the way through quarters of the way

3. Carefully fill each orka opening with the spicy paste as much as possible.

4. Fry the stuffed okra in a hot oil for 5 to 8 minutes or until they are brown and slightly crisp.  Serve hot.
