Miso Mayonnaise...

2/3 lb (300g) Cabbage (cut into thin slices)
2 Sticks Fish cake (or processed crab meat)
2 Oz (50g) Seaweed
1/2 tsp Ginger (cut into thin
slices)
1 tbsp Miso paste
4 tbsps Mayonnaise
2 tsps Vinegar
Preparation:
1. Remove outer leaves of
cabbage. Boil cabbage in hot water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside to
cool. When cool, cut into 1 inch square pieces. Using paper towel, dry
well.
2. Cut up seaweed into bite size
pieces. Cut fish cake into 1/4 inch thick.
3. Prepare dressing by mixing miso paste,
mayonnaise, and vinegar. Mix well and set aside.
4. In a bowl, mix cabbage, seaweed, fish
cake, and top with dressing. Serve |
