Ingredietns:
Squid
1 Green pepper
1 Red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsps pepper
3 cps Veg. oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 cps flour
--Batter--
1 Egg
2 Oz Beer
3 tbsps Flour
2 tsps Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Baking powder

Preparation:
1. Clean the squid, cut into 1/3-1/2 inch rings.  Sprinkle w/ some salt and pepper.

2. Remove seeds from peppers and cut into 6-8 pieces lengthwise.

3. In a bowl, mix beer and egg together.  Shift flour, cornstarch, baking powder.  Then add to the beer & egg mixture.  Add a little salt for flavor. 

4. Cover pepper pieces and squid with flower.   Lightly dip into the batter and fry at 350 deg. F.  Serve.
