w/ Tomato Sauce...![]() Bites Of Asia (Yield: 3 Servings) Ingredients: Preparation: 2. In a pan, heat 2 tbsps of cooking oil and stir fry tomato, shallot, and mushroom for 5 minutes. Add white wine, ketchup, 1 cup of water and cook on med. heat for 3-4 minutes, or sauce is 1/2 the amount of original. Then add butter, cook till thicken a little, then add cream, salt, pepper. Turn off heat. 3. Sprinkle mackerel with salt and pepper and thinly coat with flour. Heat 4 tbsps of cooking oil in a pan and cook mackerel until cook. Once cook add sauce, mix and transfer to a plate. Serve, garnish with green onion. |
