Meat with
Pototoes (Nikujaga)
(Yield: 3 Servings)

RecipeIngredients:
1 onion
2 potatoes
5 oz meat(pork or beef)
1/2 ginger
1 carrot
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake
1 cup dashi broth
3 tablespoons green peas
*frying pan
Preparation:
1. In a frying pan or wok, stir fry onion, meat, carrot, potatoes, and ginger
in vegetable oil(Low heat for 3 to 4 minutes). Then combine the sugar, soy
sauce, sake and Dashi broth.
2. Cook with a low heat until it boils. Then you add
the peas. Mix and serve.
