Squid with
Nira...![]() Bites Of Asia (Yield: 3 Servings) Ingredients: Preparation: 2. Cut carrots into 2 inch length and thin stick ( see picture above). Also cut Nira into 2 inch length. 3. Cook carrots in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Remove water from heat and carrots from water. Quickly submerge squid in hot water for 10 seconds. 4. In wok or frying pan, bring 2 tbsps of cooking oil to hot. Cook Nira and carrots f or 2-3 minutes on high heat. Flavor with salt, sugar 2 tbsps sake, and pepper. Add squid and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Mix well, remove to plate, and serve. |
