RecipeIngredients:
Tofu - cut into small cubes
wakame - a type of seaweed
green onions - chopped fine
katsuo bushi - dried bonito shavings
shellfish
shrimp
potato
mushrooms - chopped
Preparation:
1. Add ¾ cups of water per serving in
a pot. Heat, but do not boil. Add a spoonful of miso paste at a time until reach the
desired taste.
2. When paste is completely dissolved, add
the rest of your ingredients. Serve |
