Ingredients:
2 1/2 lb Whole chicken (Cut into half)
3 tbsps Garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Ground white pepper
1 tsp Salt
2 tsps Ground turmeric
1 cup Coconut milk
Garlic sauce
Cooked sticky or sweet rice

Preparation:
1. Grind the garlic to a smooth paste in a mortar or blender. Combine ground pepper, salt, turmeric, and coconut milk to mix well.

2. Pour the mixture over the chicken and marinate it in a container for 2 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.

3. On the charcoal grill or in the oven, preheat to 375º F, grill the chicken about 30 minutes until the chicken skin becomes brown. During grilling, drip them repeatedly by marinade. Serve with garlic sauce and sticky rice.
