1 lb chicken breast*(Sliced into 1
1/2-inches strips)
1/4 lb Shrimp chili paste
2-3 tbsps Fish sauce
1 1/2 tbsps Sugar
2 bunches Green onions (cut into 1-inch long)
1 3/4 cups Baby corn (drained)
2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Whole roasted unsalted peanuts
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1/2 cup Water
Preparation:
1. In a wok, heat oil and
stir-fry garlic until light brown. Add chicken and stir-fry about 5 minutes or until
cooked.
2. Stir in baby corn, shrimp chili paste,
fish sauce, sugar, and water to cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add the peanuts and green onions,
stirring shortly. Serve with steam rice. |
