Ingredietns:
3/4 lb Chicken breast* (sliced chicken into 2-inches strips)
3 tbsps Cooking oil
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
4-6 oz Straw mushrooms
3-4 oz Shredded bamboo shoots
4 tbsps Oyster sauce
4-6 Spicy chili peppers (chopped) **
15-20 Sweet basil leaves (2-inches length)

Preparation:
1. In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic & stir fry until light brown.

2. Add chicken to cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Stir in mushrooms, bamboo shoots, oyster sauce, and chili peppers to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Add in basil leaves to mix. (In case of using Pad Kra Pao Paste, add 3 tablespoons of paste together with mushrooms and bamboo shoots, and oyster sauce.). Serve with steam rice.

*Can be substituted by beef, pork, or shrimp.
**Can be substituted by Pad Kra Pao Paste.
