3/4 lb Boneless chicken (sliced into
1-inch length)
1/4 cup Cooking oil
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
4 oz Sliced water chestnuts
4-6 Green onions (cut into 2-inches length)
3-4 Whole dried red chili peppers
2 tbsps Oyster sauce
3/4 lb Unsalted roasted cashew nut
Preparation:
1. In a wok, heat oil and stir
fry garlic until light brown.
2.Add chicken and oyster sauce; stir fry
for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in water chestnuts, green onions,
red chili peppers and roasted cashew nuts to mix well. Serve with steam rice. |
