Grilled Chicken...
Bites Of Asia
(Yield: 4 servings)
Vote For This RecipeIngredietns:
6 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 ts Salt
2 tb Black peppercorns, coarsely -ground
4 Whole plants fresh -coriander, including roots, finely chopped
2 tb Lemon juice
2 lb Chickens, cut in halves
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except chiken together, and rub into the chicken breasts.
2. Cover and stand for at least one hour or overnight in
refrigerator.
3. Put under a hot grill about 6 inches from heat. Cook,
turning every 5 minutes until chicken is tender and skin crisp. |
