1/2 lb. Chinese greens
1/4 lb. baked pork cut into bite sizes
1/2 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Preparation:
1. Using a skillet, bring 2 tbsp of cooking oil to hot. Add the garlic and stirfry
in oil for 1 -2 minutes or until golden.
2. Add greens, baked pork with garlic. Stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add soy sauce and serve. |
