Ingredietns:
1/3 lb. bean sprouts
1/5 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. tofu, cut into bite size
2 tsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic

Preparation:
1. Using a skillet, bring 2 tbsp of cooking oil to hot.  Add the garlic and stirfry in oil for 1 -2 minutes or until golden.

2. Add ground pork and tofu and stir for 1 minute.

3. Stir in soy sauce, bean sprouts and green onion.

4. Stir all ingredients quickly then remove from heat. Serve.

*Can be substituted by boneless and skinless beef or chicken.
