1 lb boneless beef
1 oz dried Chinese black mushrooms
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 oz baby corn
5 green onions (Cut into 2-inches length)
3 tbsps oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Preparation:
1. Slice beef into thin 2-inches length pieces. Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for 15
minutes or until soft. Drain, cut in halft and discard stem.
2. In a wok, stir-fry garlic in oil until light brown. Add
beef and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add mushrooms, baby corn, and oyster sauce. Stir
constantly for 1 minute. Last add green onion and stir for 1 minute to mix well.
Serve. |
