Ingredients:
1 lb Lean round beef*
4 tbsps Cooking oil
1 tbsp Sugar
2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 Bell peppers (cut into 3/4-inch square)
1 Yellow onion (cut into 3/4-inch square)
8-10 Hot chilies (discard stems)
2 tbsps Cornstarch (mix with 2 tbsps water)
2 tbsps Oyster sauce
1-2 tbsps Fish sauce
3/4 cup Water

Preparation:
1. Slice beef into thin 2-inches strips.

2.  In a wok, heat oil and stir-fry garlic until light brown. Add beef, stir and cook for 2 minutes or until brown. Add bell peppers, yellow onion, hot chilies, sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and water and cook for 3 minutes.

3. Add cornstarch mixture and stir lightly to thicken sauce. Serve with rice.
