Thai Peanut Saute Sauce

Ingredietns:
1 package Satay Seasoning Mix
1 lb Boneless Chicken or Pork, sliced into strip
50 Bamboo skewers with meat
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Preparation:
1. Sprinkle content of package A in the Satay Seasoning Mix over meat. Add small amount of water.

2. Soak the meat in the mixture for about 2-3 hours. Skew the meat strips lengthwise and broil over a medium charcoal fire, brush occasionally with the remaining marinade mixture. Serve with satay sauce and cucumber salad.

3. To make Satay sauce, empty content of package in small pot. Add ½ cup of water (or ¾ cup of milk), vegetable oil and bring to a boil.
