Clams with Curry
Paste (Phad Hoi Lai)...

1/2 lb. clams, uncooked
1 tbsp. red curry paste
1 tsp. chopped garlic
10 basil leaves
2 jalapino, sliced
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation:
1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to hot. Cook clams in boiling water. When the
shells open, remove them from heat and drain.
2. Fry the garlic and curry paste in cooking oil for 1 - 2
minutes, mixing ingredients together.
3. Add clams, jalapino, and basil; cook for another minute. |
