1/4 lb. shrimps
1 tbsp. sliced shallot
1/4 lb. squid cut into 1 1/2" squares
1 tbsp. chopped chilis
1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. fish sauce
Preparation:
1. In a pot, bring 5 cups of water to boil. Briefly cook shrimps and squid in
boiling water for about 1 minute. Remove and drain. Deshell the shrimp leaving the
tales.
2. Mix lime juice, fish sauce, and chilis. Pour mixture over
shrimps and squid.
3. Garnish with celery leaves and fried chopped garlic. Serve |
