2 tbsps Kaeng Liang paste
1/2 lb Medium shrimps
1/2 cup Baby corn
1/2 cup Straw mushroom
1/4 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup Zucchini
1/2 tsp White pepper powder
9 leaves Sweet basil
5 cups Water
Preparation:
1. Boil water and add Kaeng
Liang paste. Stir the soup occasionally until the paste dissolves well.
2. Add the vegetables and boil. When
vegetables are done, season to taste with fish sauce or salt, as desired; then, remove
from heat. and serve. |
