Ingredients:
1/2 lb water cabbage
1 tbsp black bean sauce
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsps oil

Preparation:
1. Cut water cabbage into 2" long pieces.

2. Add black bean sauce on top of the cabbage.

3. Fry the garlic in oil for 1 - 2 minutes until golden, then add the cabbage. Stir quickly for half a minute, then remove from heat.
