Fried Chili Pork Chops (Yield: 4 Servings) Ingredients: 2/3 lb pork chops ---Marinade--- Preparation: 2. Heat up enough oil in frying pan or wok. Shallow-fry pork chops on one side first, when they are ready turn them over. For shallow-frying, cover the wok partly with lid to ensure even and quick cooking.
