Spareribs with Vegetables...![]() Bites Of Asia Yield: 5 Servings Ingredients: 3 lb Spareribs (cut into 2-inch pieces) 1 Large Onion (cut into 10 pieces and separated) 2 med. Red pepper (cored and cut into 2-inch by 1-niche) 1 bunch Green Onion (cut into 2-inch long pieces) 3 Clove Garlic (minced) 2 tsps Sugar 3 tsps Nuoc Mam (Vietnamese fish sauce) 1 tbsps Cooking oil Preparation: 2. Using the same wok, discard all but about 2 tsps of oil. Add garlic , onions, red peppers, and green onion. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until the vegetables are slightly soft but still crunchy. Return the spareribs to wok, add fish sauce and sugar. Stir-fry on low heat for about 1 minute. 3. Transfer to plate and serve. |
