Preparation: 2. In a wok or frying pan, bring cooking oil to hot. Add in garlic and sauté for 30 seconds or until it starts to turn brown. Then, add in beef and stir-fry for 45 seconds. Remove beef and set aside. Using the same pan, combine the noodle, bok choy, tomato, snow peas, green onion, and chicken broth, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Remove cover and mix well. (Make sure not to over cook or the vegetable will become mushy). 3. Return the beef, stir in the fish sauce, add sugar, and mix well. Turn off heat; transfer noodle to plate, sprinkle with some black pepper, and serve. |
