Ingredient:
1 package of beef noodle
1/2 lb Beef chuck (thinly sliced)
1/3 lb Bok choy (cut into 2x1 inch pieces)
1 large Tomato (cut into 10 wedges)
5 oz Snow peas
1 bundle Green onion (cut into 2 inch lengths)
4 Garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tbsps Vietnamese fish sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 cup Chicken broth
3 tbsps cooking oil

Marinating Sauce
3 tbsps Soy sauce
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut beef into thin slices and add in marinating ingredients.   Mix well and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.  Mean while, soak noodle into medium not water for 10 minutes or until soft.  Cut into 3-4 inch lengths and set aside.

2. In a wok or frying pan, bring cooking oil to hot.  Add in garlic and sauté for 30 seconds or until it starts to turn brown.  Then, add in beef and stir-fry for 45 seconds.  Remove beef and set aside.  Using the same pan, combine the noodle,  bok choy, tomato, snow peas, green onion, and chicken broth, cover and cook for 2 minutes.  Remove cover and mix well. (Make sure not to over cook or the vegetable will become mushy).

3.  Return the beef, stir in the fish sauce, add sugar, and mix well.  Turn off heat; transfer noodle to plate, sprinkle with some black pepper, and serve.
