Ingredients:
1/2 lb Lean pork (thinly sliced)
1/2 lb Bean curd (firm tofu)
5 cups Chicken broth
2 small Zucchini (thinly sliced), or any other kind of vegetables
1/2 small Onion (thinly sliced)
2 tsp Fish sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsps Cooking oil
1 green onion (chopped)

Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine the pork with 1 tsp of fish sauce and 1 tsp sugar and marinade for 30 minutes. 

2. In a saucepan, bring 2 tsps cooking oil to hot.  Add sliced onion and pork and sauté 30 seconds.  Add chicken broth, cover, and bring to boil.   Reduce heat and skim off any foam that floats on the surface.  Add in the zucchini and continue to cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

3.  Stir in the remaining fish sauce and simmer for 1 minute.    Add in green onion, turn off heat, transfer to bowl, and serve.
