Ingredients:
2/3 lb Chicken breast (or wings, thighs)
2/3 lb Mustard greens (or cabbage, cut into 2-inch long pieces)
6 Cups Chicken broth
3 Garlic cloves (crushed)
3 tbsps Vietnamese fish sauce
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsps cooking oil
1 Stem Green onion (chopped)

Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, stir-fry garlic in 2 tbsps of hot oil for 30 seconds.  Add chicken and lightly stir-fry for 30 seconds. 

2.  Add chicken broth, cover, and bring to boil.  Remove any foam that floats to the surface.  Add sugar, fish sauce and simmer with saucepan partly covered for 1-2 minutes. 

3.  Add mustard greens and cook for 1 minute.  Add green onion and serve.
