Mustard Greens Chicken Soup...![]() Bites Of Asia Yield: 5 Servings Ingredients: 2/3 lb Chicken breast (or wings, thighs) 2/3 lb Mustard greens (or cabbage, cut into 2-inch long pieces) 6 Cups Chicken broth 3 Garlic cloves (crushed) 3 tbsps Vietnamese fish sauce 2 tsp Sugar 2 tbsps cooking oil 1 Stem Green onion (chopped) Preparation: 2. Add chicken broth, cover, and bring to boil. Remove any foam that floats to the surface. Add sugar, fish sauce and simmer with saucepan partly covered for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add mustard greens and cook for 1 minute. Add green onion and serve. |
